When it comes to building on your land, no style of architecture is out of our expertise. Within our expertise, we specialize in building modern farmhouses and barndominiums. We excel at blending raw commercial/industrial materials with upscale residential finishes. Hidden pantries and primary closets, wet rooms completely behind glass, and butler spaces are a standard.
We are currently building spec homes with 1-3 acre lots in central east Texas. The average total covered square footage starts at 3,000 sq.ft. We prefer to offer beautiful homes in more rural, desirable parts of the county.

Licensed Architectural Design
If you are wanting to work with a licensed architect to help bring your dream to fruition, we partner with 2 firms, one under a million total construction cost and the other over. An average cost of plus/minus 10% of total construction cost can be expected for architect fees. If you use any of our partners and build with us, we will cover a portion of the cost.
FLOOR PLANS
All floor plans bought through our partners have the ability to be altered and changed to fit your exact needs.
